Terms of Use (Audience)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the public Dorthi experience — including chat and voice conversations with a creator's digital twin, and access to pricing or paid features offered by the creator (collectively, the "Service"). "Creator" means the person or entity who built the Dorthi you are interacting with. "You" means you as a visitor or user of that experience.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes: to have conversations (text or voice) with a creator's Dorthi as made available, and to access any pricing or paid features in accordance with the creator's and our rules. You agree not to resell, scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the Service, or to circumvent any access controls or paywalls.

Where the Service requires an account (for example for paid features), you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Dorthi you interact with, and the content and responses it provides, are the responsibility of the creator and may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use that content for commercial purposes without the creator's permission. Dorthi's platform, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others or the creator.
• Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build automated systems that access the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorthi and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We or the creator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and, where appropriate, indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
